Popular messaging app, WhatsApp is taking the next level of its technological capacity by launching its own WhatsApp Desktop Application. According to the NeuroGadget, while this seems like a good news to avid users of the app, it is also worth noting that the features present on the WhatsApp Web will be the same as the new one. The only difference is that, you can directly open the application without opening any of your PC browser.
Currently, the WhatsApp Desktop Application is available on Windows PC and Mac and you also need to visit the WhatsApp website in order to download the application. Once downloaded, make sure to login with the same details as the the one on your mobile phone in order to sync the information between the two platforms.
While there seems to be no major feature added on this latest WhatsApp Update, the fact that it saves time opening the application on the desktop platform says a lot about how the developer wants the application to be accessed by millions on PC.
