A 17-year-old Korean girl who was accused of cheating while using "Zarya" in South Korea's "Overwatch" tournament proved her skills which led to two professional gamers quitting.

According to Redditor Calycae, Geguri of team Artisan was forced to prove that she did not cheat during the Nexus Cup qualifiers where she beat many powerhouse teams using the avatar Zarya. Because of her astounding victory, two pro gamers bet their professional careers in support of an accusation that Geguri cheated during the tournament.

During her live stream game hosted by Inven, Geguri admitted that she was so stressed over the past few days because of the cheating accusations and even cried while doing the streaming. According to the Korean site, Gerguri was accused of hacking the game because of her accuracy in killing enemies.

Redditor Calycae revealed that the 17-year-old player boasts a KDA of 6.31 and an 80 percent-win rate in over 420 games that she played which means that her skills in the field proved to be worthy of contest. Blizzard decided that she did not cheat, leaving the two gamers who bet their professional careers on the accusation no choice but to bid farewell to their place in the industry.

After the incident has been settled, Geguri expressed her relief and was grateful to all her followers and supporters.Based on Calycae's Reddit, Geguri was surprised at the support and attention she got from other players all over the world. Geguri is now considered the No. 1 Zariya player and is officially part of team Artisan, joining another female player who uses "Genji" and is well-known Death Knight.
