As expected, "Kingdom Hearts 3" was not the main focus of Square Enix at 2016, leaving fans with no choice but to wait for new update to know more about the game and eventually get their hands on "Kingdom Hearts 3" when it meets an official release before the year ends.

After realizing that no update was given regarding "Kingdom Hearts 3" at E3 2016, fans were disappointed but got interested at the same time.

Instead of going straight and conquer "Kingdom Hearts 3," fans are directed to play "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" first instead.

The reason behind this is that you will only see a clearer perspective of the game if you play "Kingdom Hearts 2.8" Final Chapter Prologue before "Kingdom Hearts 3," according to "Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director Tai Yasue.

"I think from 'Kingdom Hearts 2.8,' as the numbering suggests, it's really necessary before you play Kingdom Hearts 3," the "Kingdom Hearts 3" co-director said.
