‘Pokemon GO’ Latest News, Release Date & Update: Niantic Permanently Banned Illegal Players? Servers Down Around The World, Details Here!

The world was sent to  a frenzy as "Pokemon GO" just got its first serving in Japan, New Zealand, Australia and the rest of the world. However, Niantic had reportedly warned illegal downloaders to be banned permanently if caught illegally playing the game.

'Pokemon GO' ahead of launch or just a crack in the system?

Now, the much awaited "Pokemon GO" game from Niantic is not intended to release apart from the mentioned countries above. However, someone has created and spread an APK file for the game to be downloaded even if you're not anywhere near the region.

This then created opportunities for "Pokemon GO" fans and even players who are just curious with all the hype of the game access. There are several reports that the game servers are currently locked or down in all the regions of Japan, New Zealand, Australia and you can say even worldwide.

This might be due to the massive outpour of downloads and gamers that the servers just can't take the amount of traffic for "Pokemon GO." Which could also be the reason why they have just released the games in selected countries as they're servers are not yet prepared to cater a huge number of "Pokemon GO" players.

Niantic threatens for a permanent ban on illegal 'Pokemon GO' users?

A tweet by Twintendo stated that users who have downloaded the modified APK for "Pokemon GO" should delete the app as soon as possible. There are reports that Nintendo and Niantic are planning or threatening to ban user phones and not just accounts once caught of illegally playing the game.

Illegally means that if you are playing the game outside of Japan, New Zealand, and Australia that "Pokemon GO" has been officially released. Also not downloading the app from the official playstore of your region. There is actually no confirmation about this rumor and there is also no word from Nintendo and Niantic about this ban.
