The creator of "Penny Dreadful," John Logan pretty much set in stone his announcement that there will not be a Season 4 for the said series. Although truly disheartened and stuck in a "what's next?" limbo, fans are still eagerly waiting for changes, especially since the ratings and earning for the latest season of "Penny Dreadful" Season 3 showed an outstanding performance.
Up until now, it is still difficult for fans to accept and believe that the series pretty much had its death along with the series's main character, Vanessa Ives' death. Although John Logan seemed pretty sure about killing even the itsy bitsy chance for "Penny Dreadful," the network seems to be steering in a different course. According to Parent Herald, the network is not closing its doors on a possible spinoff or, better yet, a Season 4 for "Penny Dreadful."
Looking at the website, it can be seen that Mario Meroni created the page. This guy probably couldn't stand simply waiting for something to happen so he took the initiative of creating a page entirely dedicated to "Save Penny Dreadful." The said page can be seen on change.org.
Further, the said support page was created a month ago and Meroni, along with a bunch of "Penny Dreadful" fans is seemingly very eager to participate in an online rally to convince Netflix to man up and come to a decision to purchase the series because of its unique characters, original plot and overall awesomeness and quality. Currently, the page has gained the support of more than 12,000 people strong and counting.
Perhaps one of the reasons why "Penny Dreadful" fans seem to be stuck in a quicksand-like frenzy is because of the fact that there have been zero hints that the show would end by Season 3. The viewers were truly shocked and in denial when they saw the dreadful "The End" by the last episode of Season 3.
