'Supernatural' Season 12 Air Date, Spoilers, News & Update: Jensen Ackles Meets Barry Allen in 'The Flash' Season 3? Crossover Now Confirmed?

If there's one thing that viewers like about their favorite TV shows, it would definitely be the element of surprises where their brain has to go full-on analytic and super-sleuth just to take a grasp of what's going to happen next.  In this case, the avid followers of "Supernatural" Season 12 are in for a ride as speculations arise that there is an impending crossover between "Supernatural" Season 12 and "The Flash" Season 3.

The Flame That Started Crossover Reports

Backtracking from the previous events, social media posts, and other documentary support led to "Supernatural" Season 12 lead actor Jensen Ackles' Instagram page.  The "Days Of Our Lives" alumna shared on his Twitter account a video snippet showing him and his fellow "Supernatural" season 12 co-star Jared Paladecki on the set of "Flash" Season 3.  

Obviously, the Twitter post of the 38-year old actor was the ember, which caused a lot of fans to consider that there might be a brewing crossover between "Supernatural" Season 12 and "The Flash" Season 3.  Knowing Ackles' playful personality, some fans downplayed the concept of "Supernatural" Season 12 being crossed-over to "The Flash" Season 3.  However, there are also a decent number of fans who are more than willing and very much excited to see a crossover among the men of "Supernatural" Season 12 and "The Flash" himself.

A Perfect Triangle in 'Supernatural' Season 12

The convergence of "Supernatural" Season 12 lead stars along with Barry Allen of "Flash" Season 3 will surely be a big hit among the ladies who are fans of the show.  Of course, the combination of the three lead actors in a TV show crossover would mean new plots and adventures that the heroes will embark on.

However, as exciting as it may seem, there were no official statements or even promotions to confirm that there will be a crossover for "Supernatural" Season 12 and "The Flash" Season 3.  Each will have a different premiere for their season premieres - Oct. 4 for "The Flash" Season 3 and Oct. 13 for "Supernatural" Season 12.
