Super Mario Bros. U: New Advertisement, Modes, Reveals Nabbit Feature

Promotions are on for the launch  of Wii U version of Super Mario Bros.U . The game will be released Nov. 18.

Additional features of the Wii U version of the game have been revealed.  A new creature Ronseal-named Nabbit has been introduced.  It will show up occasionally in the levels. It is a nasty character. The player has to chase him and catch in order to retrieve the items it steals from Toad. This will earn the player P-Acorn, a rare item. This stage will give players a chance to fly their characters.

A new Coin Battle will let Mario, Luigi, Blue Toad and Yellow Toad slug it out against each other. The four characters race to collect more coins than the opponents. The Gamepad lets players customise each level by placing the coins where they want and designing the layout.

The players can create platforms so that their character can reach the hard-to-get coins too.

The other mode revealed is the challenge mode  that lets the players complete a set of specific objectives like clearing the level without collecting coins or racing through a level without touching the ground.

This is a single-player mode and has many categories like Time Attack , Coin Collection, 1-Up Rally and Special. The Boost modes require a second player and GamePad. Players can save these and share them on the Miiverse, allowing others to see.

Up to five people can play with four Wii remote controllers and one on the Wii U GamePad.

The game also features a Flying Squirrel Mario.
