Pre-launch details have been leaked on the Internet by players who have illegally accessed Halo 4. The game will be released Nov. 6.
Users have to level up their player and earn "Spartan Points" to gain access to new armors and mods. Spartan Points can be earned in different ways - in-game kills, completion of entire matches, earning medals and more. Weapons can be upgraded through these points. Players get an assault rifle and a pistol when they start the game. The rest of the weapons must be purchased via Spartan Points, Gamocial reported.
According to reports, the different armor abilities available in Halo 4 are:
Hardlight Shield - A shield that is formed to deflect gunfire and explosives.
Thruster Pack - Player gets a quick boost that will let him travel faster.
Hologram - The crosshair when targeted on an enemy becomes red. This existed in Halo Reach too.
Promethean Vision - Lets players see through solid objects, but the range is limited.
Jet Pack - Similar to the one in Halo Reach. There will be places in the maps that are designed to be accessible using only Jet Pack.
Auto Sentry - An automatic turret can be placed to cause damage to other players. The turret has only a set amount of health, after which it is destroyed.
Active Camo - Players become temporarily "invisible".
Regeneration Field - The teammates and players get quicker shield recharge rates.
Some Tactical and Support package in Halo 4 are:
Shields - This package lets the player get quicker shield regeneration.
Firepower - A player can use two primary weapons instead of a primary and secondary.
Grenadier - Player gets one extra grenade than he normally does.
AA Efficiency - Players can recharge their armor abilities faster with this package.
Resupply - Lets players scavenge ammunition and grenades of the dead.
Awareness - Players can see enemy radars on the rifle's scope.
Sensor - This package gives a longer range on their motion detecting radar.
Ammo - Players get more ammunition than they normally do.
Mobility - Players can sprint for an infinite time for long distances.
