Reports say that the character of Benedict Wong is not returning in the "Marco Polo" Season 3 since as most fans believe he will die in towards the end of Season 2. Though these prediction could possibly be true, it seems impossible for Kublai Khan to die soon as the storyline is just getting more interesting. Also, the character of Benedict Wong plays a very important role in the series and the plot is likely to be affected should he leaves the show.
In other news, sources have claimed that Netflix is now in talks with several TV networks to air the upcoming "Marco Polo" Season 3. As a matter of fact, Netflix executive Ted Sarandos has revealed that they are currently negotiating with HBO, AMC, A+E and NBC Universal.

Shortly after reading that post, fans then started speculating that John Frusco could be hinting that "Marco Polo" Season 3 is totally happening soon. However, up until now, Netflix has remained tight-lipped on these reports.
