Developer 343 Industries has confirmed a Halo 4 playlist update and Free for All multiplayer mode.
"[Free for All] will be featured in the weeks following launch," said Jessica Shea, community manager, as reported by Examiner.
Halo 4 will also get a weekly playlist update and it will bring in SWAT mode.
"We will maintain a static set of playlists and feature one or two 'rotational ' playlists on top of that," added Shea.
"We will be monitoring trends and statistics closely so we can react accordingly to your preferences and likes. For instance, if one of our rotational playlists consistently holds a higher population than one of our static playlists, we will consider swapping them out based on player demand. The process will be fluid and based on numbers, and we're extremely excited about the benefits of our new approach."
Meanwhile, a signed replica helmet of Halo 4 with details and images was revealed on Nov. 11.
Examiner reports that the set comprises of a "1:1 scale replica helmet of the Master Chief from the recently-released game in addition to a helmet stand with signatures from 343 Industries."
The replica Halo 4 set is being sold as a non-profit item on eBay and all proceeds from the sale will go to a charity called Child's Play.
"This auction is for a 1:1 scale replica helmet of the Master Chief as seen in Halo 4 and signed helmet stand by 343 industries in benefit of Child's Play Charity. The helmet was created by Steven Lee of stony props and the 405th.com, while the helmet stand was created by Sean Bradley of the 405th.com. All proceeds are donated directly to Child's Play.
