But Charlie Craig, executive producer of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7, is quick to note in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, that fans will know but it will not be solved "until the end." Does that mean we have to wait until the last episode of the season? Maybe, it's a yes. But take heart, Craig added that the mystery will be unfolded in a "very dramatic fashion."
However, "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 executive producer also mentioned that character Wren, portrayed by Julian Morris, will be part of the finale twist. Could he be Charlotte's killer? If not, then he is certainly one of the key in solving the mystery.

The mysterious A.D. also wants to know who killed Charlotte DiLaurentis. This person will use the girls' knowledge over the murder to manipulate them into doing what A.D. wants.
