First of all, Ezra has been known to be very good at surveillance. Remember when he and Aria got into a very big fight/break-up when Aria discovered that Ezra was actually surveying her and the girls? His surveillance also did them some good when Eddie (the nurse who works at Radley) left a clue for the girls at Ezra's doorstep. Ezra could still be using his surveillance up to now and took the reigns as "A" in "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7.
Second, Ezra is the perfect character of a guy who has psychotic behaviours but keeps it well-hidden behind his good looks and charming smile. Remember when he had a breakdown when Aria found out about his surveillance, which caused a big strain in their relationship? His calmness amid the so-called breakdown was creepy, which makes him a very possible "A" for "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7.
The third reason pointing out Ezra as "A" in "Pretty Little Liars" Season 7 may seem to be far-fetched but totally acceptable. Before Aria, there was Alison. In fact, Ezra only stumbled upon Aria because of his quest to delve deeper into the case of Alison. What if Ezra was still smarting from Alison's rejection way, way before and he wants revenge. Simple yet totally possible motive, right?
