‘Tom Clancy’s The Division’ Latest News & Updates: Public Test Servers to Open to Help Game be Restored to its Former Glory

"Tom Clancy's The Division," after having been despised by its players due to several bugs, is about to bring back its former glory. It is reported that there will be Public Test Servers opening soon and that an Elite Task Force has been formed which is compose of community players.

Mobile N Apps reports that the latest update promises to give hope as it will eliminate bugs, balance the game better, and solve issues that have compromised the game's experience. This news was made through an announcement by Massive just a few weeks ago and will have this done with the help of the community.

Difficulty and item drops will also be adjusted accordingly as well as the imbalance regarding the NPCs ability to kill players with one shot. The time it takes to kill an enemy will also be reduced according to the initial details of the discussion which were revealed. Players will no longer feel underpowered in the upcoming update of the game, especially those in the higher tiered stages. The RNG mechanics will also be changed to remove the frustration it gives players by reducing the gap between random gears and some state of the art equipment.

It is also reported that "Tom Clancy's The Division" will be having a live stream event wherein the status of the 1.4 update will be discussed. The primary focus will be on the game's biggest bugs and issues and how they will be individually addressed to give its players the best experience possible. This will be very informative for players of the game as they will be informed firsthand of the changes that will be made very soon.

iTech Post reports that the highly anticipated Public Test Server will commence on September 19, but there will be an invite only technical test which will start on September 15. Also, it should be noted that the server will only be made available to the PC to ensure that all client and downloading processes for the platform test update 1.4. As of now, Massive is still weighing on details as to whether or not they should bring the Public Test Server to consoles, as well.
