As per NBC's press release for "The Blacklist" Season 4 Episode 2, Red will include Tom (Ryan Eggold) and the Task Force to look for a "notorious bounty hunter." The huntsman might be the one who could help them to know Kirk's next move. "In the meantime, Liz will end up struggling to decide if Kirk is trustworthy," the synopsis read.
