Niantic has exceeded the expectations of all gamers when it released the overly-successful "Pokemon GO" game. Recently, reports are saying that Legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are going to be introduced to the game soon.

iTechPost reports that "Pokemon GO" players will soon be able to catch Legendary birds like Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. According to reports, Niantic Labs CEO John Hanke has confirmed that these Legendary pokemons will arrive with Mew and Mewtwo.

John Hanke has confirmed that "Pokemon GO" will be having another update soon and this will include the arrival of the Legendary birds, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres, along with Mew and MewTwo. The Niantic executive has stated that these new characters will soon be unveiled on a scheduled Pokemon event.

Moreover, John Hanke added that revealing updates during Niantic's events is already a tradition of the company. So, fans should really expect that new things are coming in the "Pokemon GO" game in the coming weeks and that would include Mew, MewTwo and Legendary birds Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres.

However, John Hanke did not mention the event's name but he assured that Niantic has been working very hard to give "Pokemon GO" players better game features that they would enjoy. "It's been a busy two months, so we're now happy that we're kind of stabilized and able to start being a little more thoughtful about the next set of features that we want to build," the Niantic executive revealed.

GamenGuide previously reported that Mew, MewTwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are already available in the game. Rumors have it that some "Pokemon GO" players already had a chance to encounter these Legendary pokemons while playing.

However, it was later learned that the Mew, MewTwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres sighted were just mere products of hacks and imaginations of some "Pokemon GO" players. Unfortunately, John Hanke did not reveal an exact date as to when should gamers expect the Legendary pokemons to arrive.

Mew, MewTwo, Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres are expected to arrive along with other "Pokemon GO" features such as Pokemon Trading, Pokemon Battles, Generation 2 Pokemons and a brand new tracking system. Stay tuned to GamenGuide for more "Pokemon GO" news and updates!
