Tom Clancy's ‘The Division’ Latest News & Update: New Patch Coming Soon? Developer Looking To Win Back Players Through Improved Gaming Experience?

Those who had lost all hopes of seeing a Tom Clancy's "The Division" patch update, may have some good news finally. Latest reports claim to have revealed the release date and new features of the popular game.

Ubisoft - Massive apparently has some massive plans to improve players' gaming experience. If reports are to be believed, the Tom Clancy's "The Division" patch update will be released in October itself. Prior to the big game release, the developer has come up with an update known as the Public Test Server (PTS) for an initial test for PC players, reports Movie News Guide.

The Tom Clancy's "The Division" patch update has made certain changes to the game's armors, gears, weapons and world tiers. Players will be able to choose a World Map once they reach Level 30.

The developer has reportedly paid a lot of attention to Gear Score so that players are not penalized just because their Gear Score is low. The Tom Clancy's "The Division" patch update also promises double ammunition capacity once Level 30 is reached. Some reports claim that the submachine gun stats have been nerfed considerably and the light machine guns now have buffs.

Tom Clancy's "The Division" player health will become full gradually when not in combat. Several improvements to NPC AI are expected. Underground checkpoints have also been removed from the game.

When it comes to World Tier & Dark Zone bracket, a Tom Clancy's "The Division" player will be able to join a higher Dark Zone bracket by selecting the higher World Tier even though he is below the matching Dark Zone bracket requirement but has enough Gear Score to unlock a new World Tier, writes Mobile & Apps.

Accuracy and damage falloff of Shotgunner NPCs jave been slightly reduced. Moreover, in order to ensure persistent efficiency against NPCs across World Tiers, grenade damage now scales with current World Tier.
