'Tom Clancy's The Division’ News & Update: Game Rebalance Revealed in 1.4 Patch Notes! ‘Survival’ DLC Launch Right After the 1.4 Update?

Fans are very excited to the upcoming "Tom Clancy's The Division" 1.4 Update and the next expansion the "Survival" DLC. Recent reports states that the 1.4 Update will bring a lot of new features and improvements, the update will also fix the bugs and glitches that are recurring in the game. The 1.4 Public Test Server Patch Notes is already revealed on the official forum of "Tom Clancy's The Division."

However, the "Survival" downloadable content is set to launch right after the Patch 1.4 would make its release as stated by BreatheCast. There will also be new weapons and more challenging missions that are set to all the players. The new expansion will challenge players in their new location. "Tom Clancy's The Division" Survival DLC will let players roam around the streets of New York City for their new quests with only a few supplies to make the game more challenging.

According to a report from our past report here in GamenGuide, "Tom Clansy's The Division" Patch 1.4 will have a four new world tiers and the activity difficulty in a same World Tier will provide more rewards whether it is Normal, Hard or Challenging. Sadly the Heroic Difficulty will no longer be available.

The main missions for "Tom Clancy's The Division" Patch 1.4 are updated. Players will now get more rewards for each and every mission. Gear Stats and skills also updated and rebalanced. Skill Haste has now been capped at 60% to prevent too low cool-downs and all skills except signature skills now have a 5 seconds minimum cool-down.

All of the Sub-Machine Guns Critical Hit Damage has been reduced from about 47% maximum to 38% maximum. Most of the SMG's base damage also decreased such as the MP7, MP5, Vector, SMG9, AUG, PP19 and T821. But most of the Light Machine Guns damage has been increased such as the L86, M60 and M249.
