The sitcom is moving to its new airing schedule every Tuesday at the ABC network, Premieredate reported. "The Middle" Season 8 will continue to chronicle the lives of the Heck Family. Frances Heck (Patricia Heaton) is a middle age, mid-Western woman married to Mike Heck (Neil Flynn) with three children.
"The Middle" Season 8's ups and downs in the ratings of the previous seasons did not at all blocked the renewal of the series. The Heck couple with their three children Axl (Charlie McDermott), Sue (Eden Sher) and Brick (Atticus Shaffer) will definitely return with more humour as they live their daily chaotic lives.

"The Middle" Season 8 is targeted to beat its previous season's score of 6.73 million viewers. Adding to the power - packed cast is the veteran actress Brooke Shields. She will return as Rita Glossner, the neighbour of the Hecks according to Waitwith.

Looking at the inside of "The Middle" Season 8, Rita Glossner will get to travel together with Frankie in spite of their sour relationship. What can they do except to bear their time together as enemies.
