A new report now claims that there are more reasons behind the lack of "Grand Theft Auto 6" update. As it turns out, the multi-million budget for the much-awaited game may be too much for the video game developer to handle.

According to Neurogadget, "Grand Theft Auto 5" already cost Rockstar Games about $265 million to develop, so how much more with a much-improved "Grand Theft Auto 6?" Rumors have it that "Grand Theft Auto 6" may feature VR or AR support. So with that added feature, Rockstar Games will definitely dig deep down their pockets if they're going to develop "Grand Theft Auto 6" soon. But even with the multi-million cost, it is expected that Rockstar Games will double or even triple the money that they spent.

Basing on "Grand Theft Auto 5" profit, the site revealed that "GTA 5" generated over $800 million in just 24 hours of its release. Since the hype for "Grand Theft Auto 6" is still growing, the game is definitely capable of bringing a huge profit despite the huge budget.
