It is rumoured that it will contain a rechargeable battery that charges wirelessly when it is magnetically attached to the tablet. The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will be the first in the range should the USB-C Port be confirmed. It will be the first to get a USB-C port because Microsoft Surface Pro 4 only had USB 3.0 port.
