Bandai Namco is set to release its latest entry in the Dragonball Universe series; the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2." But prior to the release of the main game, a beta version has been launched on the PS4 platform, said to start on Oct. 14 - 17. Prior to the said beta version, a previous closed beta for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"was also launched from Oct. 8-10.
Unfortunately, the upcoming beta of the game was announced without any accompanying details. Unlike the close beta when it featured the five types of races in the Character Creator. The races include Frieza, Earthling, Majins, Namekians and the Saiyans.
Hyping up the days before the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"release date is Bandai's release date of a Collector's Edition. The Collector's Edition will include an artbook and the previously talked about manga of the game series. Meanwhile, rumors suggested that, pre ordering of the "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"game will feature a free Black Goku character in the game. Unfortunately, this offer still considered a rumor as no official announcement from bandai Namco has been revealed.
The "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"gameplay also allows players to choose the gender of their own characters. A previous report by GamenGuide explained that, characters have their own super powers and by choosing their gender, it goes further in details from there. Additional information in the gameplay is the ability of players to become Time Patrollers.
According to some reports, "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2"will be available in the US on the 25th of October and on the 28th of October in Europe. Also, it is worth noting that, the Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 will pack at least 86 new characters, compared to its previous version with only 47 characters.
