Panasonic DX750 News & Update: Best Gaming 4K TV for a Reasonable Price, Best Paired with PS4 & XBox One

This year saw the arrival of so many new iterations of gadgets we've all come to love. From smartphones to wearable tech, the holiday season will be packed with choices, choices, and even more choices. New to the scene is the Panasonic DX750, a 4K TV that enables HDR gaming, thanks to its impressive features.

One of the amazing things about the Panasonic DX750 is its price. Up front, its price is definitely more reasonable than other 4K gaming screens from LG or Samsung. It has a 58-inch screen and is a mid-range offering that provides impressive quality. There are some downsides, as it doesn't have a UHD premium label, and it also has a smaller color gamut and lower peak brightness. However, it makes up for the image quality by being better than its mid-range counterparts.

According to Eurogamer, the Panasonic DX750 features an edge-lit 8-bit VA panel that's great with darker colors, as well as a backlight dimming and some motion interpolation options. Users who are technical about using the Panasonic DX750 will also enjoy its calibration tools. Speaking of technical, the Panasonic DX750 is equipped with 4x HDMI, two of which are HDMI 2.0a with support for HDCP 2.2 and HDR, 3x USB (1x 3.0), and an Ethernet port.

According to Tech Radar, the Panasonic DX750 also features the new Mozilla Firefox system that's designed for TV use. It has a Freeview Play catch-up TV platform that enables users to catch up on TV shows from several networks and a very organized interface that is easy and fun to use.

Panasonic DX750 is currently unavailable in North America, but our friends over at U.K. can already enjoy it. The new Panasonic DX750 has a price tag of £1199, and as for us in the U.S., we'll have to wait for a release date for this reasonably priced gaming 4K TV.
