"Limitless" Season 2 could still happen after all. Executive producer and recurring cast member Bradley Cooper is desperate to have the show renewed so he is doing his best to convince networks that there is still hope in the series even if he has to enlist the help of an A-list friend.
It can be remembered that "Limitless" Season 2 will no longer be aired on previous home network CBS. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the producers also tried pitching the show to streaming services Amazon Video and Netflix in a bid to save the show but they were not able to convince the executives to buy the rights to "Limitless" Season 2.
Speculations are rife that Cooper is in negotiations with Lady Gaga so she can join and save "Limitless" Season 2. Cooper and Gaga have become close in recent weeks after it was announced that they will be teaming up on a major film project. According to GMA News, Cooper will be directing and starring with Lady Gaga in the upcoming remake to "A Star Is Born" so he is trying to leverage her position with her so that his show will still continue. Cooper is reported to be convincing Gaga to appear even just for a recurring role so that her fans would be added to the audience.
