'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' Release Date, News & Update: Beta Continues One More Day; Pre-Order Bonus Black Goku A Big Deal?

"Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is no longer too far from its designated release date. That being said, fans were treated to the reality of a beta, which recently showed the beauty of the game as some may anticipate it to be.

Bandai Namco recently launched the beta for "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" which ultimately gave fans an idea of how to play the said version. The good news does not end with the game's privilege of giving fans what they want, but the continuation of the fun thereof as it extends for more day.

According to a Twitter post by Bandai Namco, the beta for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" will last for one more day, prolonging the practice mode for those who wish to further indulge in its features. With such a promising second title, there are those who may not be as blessed by one of the most admired characters in the series, namely Goku Black.

As per Game Rant, the pre-order bonus Goku Black is considered as one of the reasons to purchase the aforesaid "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" offer, which many consider as more than just a worthwhile bargain. A recent trailer highlighted how Super Saiyan God Vegeta faced off the said antagonistic version of Goku, displaying some of the apparent differences thereof.

It is notable that "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" decided to keep the Goku moveset for Goku Black, while making sure that some traits are left distinct such as the dark purple energy with touches of an obvious black. This instantly contradicts to the alleged blue sparks that the other characters shoot, as well as the original Goku.

Generally, the Black Goku pre-order bonus is said to be connected to the "Dragon Ball Super" series, wherein the said villain has the ability to time travel and let more trouble in. In speculation, he would be the cause for all the villains to be presented in the said generation, letting them unleash continuous wrath unto the world of "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2."

Bandai Namco's "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" is slated for launch on October 25 for the PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned at GamenGuide for further gaming news.
