Azealia Banks did not have a good weekend. The 25-year old rapper, who had a social media beef with actor Russell Crowe has taken their feud to the next level and in real life. In fact, she's already filed a police report against the actor.
According to TMZ, Azealia Banks filed a battery report following a fight between herself and Russell Crowe, which took place in the actor's hotel suite. She visited the Beverly Hills Police Department on Sunday afternoon to file a complaint against Crowe, who she accused of physically removing her from his suite.
Azealia Banks stormed into Russell Crowe's dinner party and made threats to him. But he took her out of the room when she grabbed a glass to hurl it at the actor. The rapper claims she was choked by Crowe, who lifted her out of the room and spat on her.
According to E! Online, the rapper then took to the police to file a report when she could not get an apology out of Russell Crowe. As per Azealia Banks' representative, the rapper is still in shock and is not ready to speak out on the issue, and that she continues to be appalled by the behavior shown by Crowe.
This is not the first time Azelia Banks has gotten into a celebrity feud. The rapper is often the subject of tabloid fodder thanks to her feuds with various celebrities. According to TIME, she's also been feuding with former One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, who she's accusing of copying her ideas. She's also picked a fight with 14-year old Disney star Skai Jackson, whom she blasted on Twitter.
