'Pokėmon Sun And Moon' Release Date, Latest News & Update: Alolan Forms Featured In Leaked Demo & More Details

A new Alolan Pokemon was revealed in the new "Pokèmon Sun and Moon" demo. The demo was released by Nintendo earlier today in Japan. The Alolan forms of the Pokemons are caused by Pokemons adapting to habitats causing the changes in both appearances and type. So far the only Alolan Pokemon that was seen is a Dugtrio.

On Twitter, a 30 second video on "Pokemon Sun and Moon" was released. It shows an Alolan Dugtrio, a new version of the mole-like ground type Pokemon from Pokemon Red and Pokemon blue.

According to WWG, the Alonan Dugtio looks very normal in "Pokèmon Sun and Moon". The only difference is the Pokemon's three heads all have blond floppy hair on their heads in "Pokemon Sun and Moon". The Dugtrios are sporting different hairsyles, ranging from free flowing locks and also a bob.

The Alolan Forms which will debut in the "Pokèmon Sun and Moon" are turning Fire Pokemons into Ice Pokemon like Vulpix and Ninetales. A report from Kotaku reveals that the new Pokemon in "Pokemon Sun and Moon" and its styles depend on what island gamers encounter.
