Rumors suggest that the Apple iPhone 8 will be a revolutionary device boasting some of the most-advanced specs and features in the smartphone segment. Apple iPhone7 ad iPhone 7 Plus have received mixed reviews though some consider them as the smartphones of the year.
It will be interesting to see how Apple surpasses its two newly released flagships when the iPhone 8 launched in 2017. Certain reports claim that the smartphone will have an all-gklass chassis and an OLED Display onboard.
As per Express.co.uk, Apple will be introducing the iPhone 8 with edge-to-edge OLED display. This will be made possible by the blank space left by the removal of the Home button. The display panel will be spread across the entire front section to give the handset a premium look.
The bezel may also be decreased or removed entire though that is a difficult ask. The fingerprint sensor and front-facing selfie camera may be place beneath the glass display in the upcoming iPhone 8. Reports suggest that Apple has the technology to make this happen.
Apple has reportedly filed a patent that will embed various components underneath the glass chassis. Some components on the bezel may be relocated to a new location, which is expected to happen in the imminent iPhone 8. As per the Apple patent description, "in a typical device, a light sensor is laterally displaced from an active display region of the display along with a front face of the device," reported Yahoo! Tech.
In order to accommodate the light sensor, additional space is provided in common devices at the top, sides and bottom of the display area. This results in an increase the weight and size of the device and makes the display bulky. Apple is going to change all that with its revolutionary iPhone 8.
The Apple iPhone 8 is expected to add some of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus features. The wireless charging option will also be included. Stay tuned on GameNGuide for more updates on iPhone 8.
