The device is slated to feature 4K display, a rechargeable Surface Pen and USB-C charger. Moreover, the device is said to feature better camera specs than the iPad Pro 2.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is said to roll out with a 4K display similar to the Macbook Pro. The device is also rumored to build the device with a stronger processor and a lighter build than the Macbook Pro. The tab device is also slated to be a lot thinner than the Microsoft Surface Pro 4.
It is said that the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will take on the USB-C standards, PC Advisor reported. The USB-C charger is said to boast lightning speed in terms of data transfer and charging. In addition, the upcoming gadget is also slated for a more improved camera specs and a sixth-gen Skylake chip.

Furthermore, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 will reportedly include a Surface Pen. The stylus will be updated with a rechargeable battery with wireless charging via magnetic attachment to the tablet. Microsoft is believed to have applied for a patent on the rechargeable stylus with a magnetic dock.

In other news, the Microsoft Surface Pro 5 is also rumored to feature an Intel Kaby Lake processor, the company's newest and fastest seventh-gen chipset, according to report. The iPad Pro 2 in comparison includes the A10X chipset allegedly making the device 80 percent more powerful than any other laptop or PC. While the Surface Pen boasts a wireless rechargeable battery, the Apple Pencil may now be used in drawing and writing.
Microsoft Surface Pro 5 may run in the newest RedStone OS while the iPad Pro 2 may run on the current iOS 10. While the iPad Pro 2 has a 12MP True Tone Flash rear and 5MP front camera with 4K video recording, the Microsoft device will have a 16MP rear and 8MP front camera with 4K display.
