'SimCity' Headed To Mac In June

Now that all the kinks are hopefully ironed out, the official worst company in America is set to launch "SimCity" on Mac this June.

For anyone who grabbed themselves a PC copy when the game launched this Spring, whether as a physical or digital copy, they'll get the Mac version as a free download from Origin. As for a straight up purchase for the Mac version, EA didn't provide any details as to cost in the press release announcing the game, but has Mac versions listed at the same price as the PC version on their website: $59.99 for a standard copy, and $79.99 for a deluxe version.

The Mac doesn't have the same large user base its PC counterpart when it comes to its gaming audience, so it's likely that Mac "SimCity" players won't experience the same server problems that plagued the game when it first launched, but no promises.

The game hits the service June 11. You can find the reccomended specs to run the game on your Mac below.
