The last episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 gave Dr. Richard Webber a slap in the face with the reality. In the next episode, memories would be reignited upon saving the life of a patient.

'Why Try To Change Me Now'

In the latest "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode titled "Why Try To Change Me Now," Dr. Richard Webber, played by James Pickens Jr., was faced with a pretty surprising challenge. His age and teaching methods were confronted by Dr. Eliza Minnick, portrayed by Marika Dominczyk. Dr. Minnick was a young threat, and offered a different perspective that challenged Dr. Webber's usual teachings techniques.

Dr. Minnick's teaching method is somehow seen as a complete polar opposite of Dr. Webber's in "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13. This would then affect how things go at the Grey Sloan Memorial, as the norms are being challenged. It is interesting to see how "Grey's Anatomy" portrays this change that transpires in the hospital, after many years of being almost formulaic.

'The Room Where It Happens'

The next episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is titled "The Room Where It Happens." In this episode, a very challenging surgery brings back some memories for the main characters. The operation reignites some pivotal memories for Meredith, Richard, Owen and Stephanie, played by Ellen Pompeo, Pickens, Kevin McKidd, and Jerrika Hinton, respectively. "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 will be showing them trying to save a life while dealing with internal and personal matters.

This would put Dr. Richard Webber at the spotlight of the "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 episode once again. It would be interesting to see how this character deals with the issue of change and personal turmoil all at once. "Grey's Anatomy" would once again be seeing more of Meredith, after having been almost invisible in the past episode.

This episode of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 is already on its eighth episode. The show reveals how the enormous tension and pressure affect their job, along with their personal and social lives. The weight of the leadership and struggling to find the right move every time is what burdens these characters. Will the surgeons be able to save the lives of their patients?

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 airs every Thursday, at 9:40PM EDT. The eighth episode would air on November 10.
