'Dishonored 2' Ultimate Guide: Kill All Clockwork Soldiers, Earn Trophies [Pt. 1]

Arkane Studio and Bethesda has released "Dishonored 2" for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One last Nov. 11. The stealth action-adventure video game is a sequel to 2012's "Dishonored" where players are set to play the role of Emily Kaldwin.

In the newest game, players have an option to play as Emily's father and bodyguard Corvo Attano. The added character brings forth several unique abilities under Possession, Blink, Bend Time, Windblast and Devouring Swarm. Not only this, the game has also several tricks up its sleeves that you might want to know.

Here is the complete guide to dealing with Clockwork soldiers and unlocking all trophies.

How To Kill A Clockwork Soldier

Clockwork Soldiers are the most intimidating opponents in the "Dishonored 2" sequel. Their four bladed arms and near immunity to most conventional attacks make them the most compelling adversaries in the game.

Keep in mind that the only way to sneak up on them is through the sides or above them. The normal Dark vision won't detect these creatures so tread carefully until the Greater Dark Vision is unlocked.

In order to kill a Clockwork soldier, severe their arms or destroy the whale oil battery tanks attached to their backs through hitting the armor multiple times. If you manage to knock the head off, they won't be able to see and will only hunt you by sound alone. Try to throw something in the opposite direction to lure them in before striking the limbs. It's best to get a little higher up so you could clearly target the head.

Earn Trophies In Dishonored 2 [Part 1]

There are 23 trophies in the game including 1 Platinum, 2 Gold, 10 Silver and 10 Bronze that are awarded after completing several tasks. The "Dunwall Days and Karnaca Nights (Platinum)" is earned by acquiring all the trophies for Dishonored 2.
