‘Tokyo Ghoul’ Season 3 Release Date, News & Update: Fans Upset Over Series’ Delay; New Characters Coming to the Anime

"Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is coming but the official air date is yet to be determined. Fans of the popular Japanese anime are happy with the confirmation of another season and their excitement further heightens when the next plot was leaked online.

Then again, the leaked story of "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is still considered speculations since no one from the production team is confirming anything until now. Incidentally, one possible reason why the producers are not talking about it is because there were reports that Madhouse took control of the project which was originally being handled by Studio Pierrot.

Fans commented that this development is actually good for "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 because Madhouse is the same company that manages many hit anime series like "One Punch Man" and "Death Note." In the end, Studio Pierrot was only able to manage two seasons of the popular anime series.

But even so, the studio is the one that catapulted the series to worldwide success. Its current popularity reaffirms the fact that "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will also be a big winner when it airs.

The upcoming "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 will feature a plot that centers on the story of Ken Kaneki. This season of the anime will also introduce a new character called Touka Kirishima. She is aloof and disrespectful to Kaneki, so the reason why she is acting this way toward him would be investigated in this season's run.

Meanwhile, "Tokyo Ghoul" is a well-known manga turned into anime series. It tells about the story of Ken Kaneki who lives in ghouls-filled world. Despite his surroundings, he tries to live a normal college life but he turned out to be a ghoul himself. Of course, this will still be seen in "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3.

With his new self as half ghoul half human, he will fight the desire to eat human flesh in order to stay alive. There are have been news that "Tokyo Ghoul" Season 3 is arriving before this year ends, but this info is still unconfirmed.
