Both are already weak and exhausted due to their previous fights that going up against a fresh and powerful army has only one result, their defeat and eventual capture in "One Piece" Chapter 846.
The prediction is now supported by recently released "One Piece" Chapter 846 spoilers from YonkouProductions. Apparently, Nami and Luffy will indeed suffer defeat at the hands of Big Mom's army. Not only that, Lola's vivre card which is currently in Nami's possession will be taken away.

But it is not the end for Nami and Luffy according to "One Piece" Chapter 846 spoilers. Seeing his former comrades in trouble, Sanji will finally broker a deal with Big Mom but it will come with a price.
Sanji will now agree to his wedding to Big Mom's daughter Pudding when "One Piece" Chapter 846 release date arrives. Of course, one of the arrangements for the wedding to occur includes the release of the Nami and Luffy from Whole Cake islands, which shows Sanji still cares for his former comrades.
