'This Is Us' story continues with a secret
Now that the cat is coming out of the bag, Beth (Susan Kelechi Watson) should make a choice if she should tell William (Ron Cephas Jones) a secret that will really devastate his world.
It was said that it will not only ruin his relationship with his biological father, but also with Rebecca. If that happens, then it will be more devastating for him compared when his relationship with his siblings is destroyed.
Randall and Kevin try to be friends
Most of the episode shows how Randall (Sterling Brown) attempts to bond with Kevin (Justin Hartley). When they finally have the chance, they have a heart to heart talk which reveals how Kevin is jealous about Randall who was always favoured by Rebecca. It should be remembered that Kevin and Randall never get along as kids according to Vulture.
On the other hand, Randall admitted the special treatment their mother gave to them. But all the attention he has from their mother is negated since he could not even get it from his brother Kevin. Kevin is always looked up by his brother and Randall always wished that he will be accepted by him more than anything else.
Rebecca's secret
It was also revealed on the previous episodes that Rebecca and Kate (Chrissy Metz) barely speak. It only shows that out of all the three kids, Randall is the closest to Rebecca. But, what if he will find out that Rebecca kept William for 36 years? That relationship will undoubtedly be shaken to its core according to a report in TV Guide.
Indeed, Rebecca has been fighting for Randall for so many years. But, finding out how Rebecca blatantly lied to Randall with regard to his biological parents will change the way how he sees her mother.
According to NBC preview, the reaction of Randall will be one of shock and tears. The truth will be revealed in next Tuesday's episode while they are gathering for a Thanksgiving dinner. This secret will certainly change how Randall will feel not only about his mother but also about Beth who found out before him as well. "This Is Us" airs Tuesdays at 9/8c on NBC.
