"Attack on Titan" recently launched Chapter 87 and rumor has it that artist Hajima Isayama did a good job with the chapter. "Borderline" kicked off with Dr. Grisha Yeager who regrets what he did to Zeke. Dr. Yeager feels overwhelmed with guilt for not learning from past mistakes that endangered the life of his son.
Previously in "Attack on Titan", Dr. Yeager volunteered his son Zeke to infiltrate and overtake the Marleyan government. However, Zeke was brainwashed by the Marley's. Apparently, this lead to Zeke confessing about Grisha and Dina's involvement in the mission.
"Attack on Titan" Chapter 87 also revealed that the Night Owl is really the leader of the Eldian Revivalist posing a threat to the Marleyans. Previously, the Owl was also able to infiltrate the Marleyan government. The Owl also established rebels within their territory.
"Attack on Titan" in the future may reveal Night Owl's plan to defeat the Marleys by joining their enemy from the east, Gizmodo reported. It is believed that the Marley's enemies are the East Sea Clan where Mikasa came from. As Chapter 87 progressed, Grisha was badly tortured and saw the person who recruited him to the group Eldian Revivalist.
Officer Kruger is revealed as The Owl in "Attack on Titan". Furthermore, he saved Dr. Yeager from being pushed over the wall by Officer Klaus. Kruger then told Grisha about using a Titan's power before he turned into the Rogue Titan.
In other news, the "Attack on Titan" Season 2 is expected to launch in spring next year. Rumor has it that the sequel will show Mikasa's life in danger from another humongous monster Titan. It is speculated that the human-eating Titan will succeed in eating Mikasa, according to report.
"Attack on Titan" Season 2 may apparently be the end of Mikasa in the anime series. However, other rumors claim that Mikasa may also transform into a Titan to defend herself, giving the attacker a good fight. Whether Mikasa will be saved from this life-threatening encounter or not, remains to be seen. Watch Chapter 87 and Chapter 88 here:
