However, viewers were not aware that Lyanna Stark did give birth to twins at that moment and it all makes sense that the other twin would go to Howland Reed, since Reed was also present at that time.
This theory is one of the wildest "Game of Thrones" fan-made speculation posted online, but it does make a lot of sense. Fans of the George R.R. Martin's books also found out that both Meera Reed and Jon Snow is of the same age, thus making fans believe that Meera Reed is indeed the twin sister of Jon Snow.

Kendrick said that "Game of Thrones" always finds a way to surprise the people behind the show and the actress herself has no idea what's about happen next.
Kendrick also stated that the Tower of Joy scene seems conclusive in terms of Jon Snow's parentage and will never rule anything out yet.
