‘Pokemon Sun and Moon’ Cheats, Tips & Tricks: Guide To Finding & Capturing Ditto; Hokulani Observatory Bushes in Focus! More Gameplay Details

"Pokemon Sun and Moon" players would want Ditto in their kitty due to two primary reasons. Firstly, Ditto mimics any Pokemon it is battling, including moves, skills and stats and secondly, Ditto allows players to breed any Pokemon they want in the game. In the absence of Ditto, players need to find the Pokemon's female version that comes from the same, compatible egg group.

In case the Pokemon is difficult to capture, this task becomes all the more difficult. Ditto in "Pokemon Sun and Moon" guides players and help them catch their favorite Pokemon. According to Prima Games, players can only find Ditto in the later stages of the game once they reach Ula'ula Island, the third island in the Alola Region.

Ditto will be found hidden in the Route 10 bushes, leading to the Hokulani Observatory. However, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" players should first complete Melemele Island and Akala Island before they finally arrive at Ula'ula Island. In order to get to the Hokulani Observatory, players have to reach Malie City and then head straight for the dirt road.

Players should soon see a bus stop where they need to wait to take the bus. This bus takes them to the Observatory. Once there, they will see a guardrail opening with a ramp. The bushes there generally have Ditto. Catching Ditto in "Pokemon Sun and Moon" takes quite a long time. Ditto's spawn rate is pretty low and hence it takes time to appear.

Thankfully, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" players do not require special something to catch Ditto as it can be caught the same way like any other Pokemon. Players generally go for the False Swipe during battle with a wild Pokemon, writes iTech Post. Stay tuned on GameNGuide for more updates on "Pokemon Sun and Moon."
