"The Young and the Restless" begins the week with the court battle between Dylan and Nick. It can be recalled that the former wants at least some visitation rights for Christian since he has come to love the baby whom he thought was his real child.
The fight in court happened just after the Thanksgiving dinner at the Newmans. Over-all, following the seemingly pleasant occasion, the residents of Genoa City went back to the awkward and strained relationships they normally have in the "The Young and the Restless."
Nick and Dylan
In fairness to Nick, he did a lot of thinking before deciding to face Dylan in court. "The Young and the Restless" shows that he sincerely considered Dylan's requests and pleas to have some rights over Christian.
However, "The Young and the Restless" spoilers indicated that Nick's consideration was totally dissolved when he found out that Sharon secretly visited Christian while he was away. For him, this incident means that Sharon may be planning something as it displayed her determination to snatch his son away again.
Thus, in the end, Nick decided that it would be best if Dylan and Sharon would stay away from his child. His decision led to the case being filed.
The Court Hearing
In the forthcoming "The Young and the Restless" episode, Nick was shown explaining his side to the presiding magistrate. He told him that Sharon betrayed him by visiting Christian without his knowledge and Dylan is aware of this fact.
Nick will furiously insist to the judge that this incident clearly shows that the couple should not be trusted with Christian. "The Young and the Restless" court hearing heats up as Nick demands a restraining order against Dylan and Sharon.

Meanwhile, "The Young and the Restless" will also highlight Travis and Victoria's relationship as they appeared to have broken up their engagement. When Billy decided to tell Victoria about Travis sleeping with Michelle, Travis was left with no choice but to admit his misdeed so the wedding is officially canceled.
