After the Brangelina divorce, actor Brad Pitt spent Thanksgiving in Turks & Caicos at the Amanyara Villas with an old friend. It was a very restful and relaxing stay without ex-wife Angeline Jolie and the six children.
It is a very different Thanksgiving holiday for Brad Pitt who used to spend the November event with his family. However, the ugly Brangelina divorce initiated by Angelina Jolie ended all that. Before their split, the couple cherished every event such as birthdays and holidays, People reports.
Ongoing Legal Battle For Kids’ Custody
Besides being apart since the Brangelina divorce, the ex-couple are still in the middle of a legal battle for custody of Maddox, 15; Pax, 12; Zahara, 11; Shiloh, 10; and the twins Knox and Viviene, 8. For Thanksgiving 2016, the six kids spent it with Angelina Jolie only.
Until the court settles the Brangelina divorce filed by Angelina Jolie, the kids will continue to remain with their mother, although Brad Pitt is allowed supervised visitation based on a recommendation by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services which found no abuse by Brad Pitt over the allegations he became physical with Maddox while aboard a private jet.
Dating Rumors Hit Brad Pitt
Both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appear to have moved on from the Brangelina divorce. New reports say that even if Brad Pitt had dated actress Marion Cotillard, the woman who is said to have replaced Angelina Jolie in the 52-year-old actor’s heart is actress Kate Hudson.
The two have been friends for several years now. Brad Pitt and Kate Hudson reportedly meet in secret in the aftermath of the Brangelina divorce. Even a long-time bodyguard of Brad Pitt, Kriz Herzog, is said to be not surprised with reports of the two dating, according to an interview by Woman’s Day Magazine with Herzog.
