"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11, "Turncoat," brings back Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter. Recent set photo leaks show the actor as a Redcoat officer, which suggests that Rip could be the traitor referred in the title.
The set photos show Darvill dressed in the iconic British red and white military uniform. He is among several other extras dressed as Redcoat officers.
According to YVR Shoots, the images were taken during filming for "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11, "Turncoat." Darvill, along with the extras, were at Delta's North 40 Reserve Park to film what appears to be a military formation.
Surprisingly, Dominic Purcell, who plays Rory aka Heatwave, also wore the same military uniform in a recent Instagram post. The actor shared his photo dressed as a Redcoat officer. Perhaps Rory disguises himself as one of the men in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11, so he can interact with Rip Hunter.

"Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11 is aptly called "Turncoat" or traitor, because of the Redcoat's reputation in the British history. One of the officers, Benedict Arnold, was an American who aligned with the British army to put down George Washington. He betrayed his country, the then US President and the American military called the Bluecoats.
In relation to the series, it is likely that Rip Hunter comes out as the traitor in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11. Fellow cast Maisie Richardson-Sellers recently revealed that Rip returns to the show, but he not the same Rip that his team remembers.
However, Rip Hunter is British in the series, so this certainly makes the plot interesting. Likewise, Heatwave hinted that he could also be the traitor, since he was dressed as a Redcoat in his Instagram post. There are also speculations that Leonard Snart aka Captain Cold returns in "Legends of Tomorrow" Season 2 Episode 11 as the "Turncoat." Regardless, fans will know who comes out as the traitor when the episode airs.
