"Street Fighter 5" is treating fans with early Christmas gifts in the form of its Holiday pack. At the start of December, Capcom came up with the holiday update which will include several new Christmas-themed stage and costumes.

In addition, the "Street Fighter 5" holiday update will also come with a new map called Frosty Blvd. which is bedecked with Christmas tree, Christmas lights, snowflakes, candy cane candles and even Santa Claus' sleigh. Of course, the scene will not be complete with holiday decors and wrapped gifts with big ribbons.

The "Street Fighter 5" holiday update was announced by Capcom employee named Harrison through Capcom-Unity blog. He said that before their team head to the PlayStation Experience in Anaheim, California, they would like to give the game a new look in time for the holidays.

It was revealed that the "Street Fighter 5" holiday pack will include a total of six new outfits and most of them are red and highlighted with a fur. The costume sets will come complete with leather or laced boots, capes, Santa hats, gloves, gold belts, and even Christmassy cowboy hats.

The holiday "Street Fighter 5" outfits are specifically designed for Juri, R. Mika, Laura, Karin, Zangief and Ken. Then again, everyone should know that these are not for free as each costume has a tag price of $3.99. As for the stage, it is cheaper at only $1.99.

Capcom reminded players that the "Street Fighter 5" holiday pack will only be available for a limited time, until Jan. 17 to be exact. A holiday bundle will also be offered for $19.99 and all the contents of the Christmas-themed update are included.

Lastly, it was relayed that aside from the holiday costumes, Capcom is also including two more outfits and they are for Chun Li and Ryu. The costumes for the two favorite characters in "Street Fighter 5" were dubbed as the Red Bull costumes.
