Millions of fans around the world are now excited for the upcoming return of "Sherlock" Season 4 in 2017. Now, new reports are claiming that Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift are going to join the cast of the popular crime-drama TV series.
Rumors are rife that Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman will be joined by several new characters in the upcoming "Sherlock" Season 4. Sources have claimed that, among these stars are Tom Hiddleston, who will play as the third Holmes brother named Sherrinford, and Taylor Swift as his wife.
Radio Times has even reported that Tom Hiddleston could really be joining "Sherlock" Season 4 after Mark Gatiss posted a photo of Taylor Swift's former boyfriend along with Amanda Abbington. This then had fans speculating that the "Crimson Peak" actor could really be appearing in the upcoming fourth installment of the popular series.
If these rumors are true, then, fans should expect Tom Hiddleston and Taylor Swift having several scenes with both Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman in "Sherlock" Season 4. However, up until now, it remains to be seen what character the former girlfriend of Calvin Harris could be portraying in the upcoming "Sherlock" Season 4.
Though these reports could possibly be true, neither Taylor Swift nor Tom Hiddleston has confirmed anything as of yet. So, fans of the upcoming "Sherlock" Season 4 should take everything with a grain of salt until it has been proven true and correct.

However, "Sherlock" Season 4 executive producer Steven Moffat has revealed that Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman have already agreed to reprise their roles. As a matter of fact, the TV series exec has stated that the lead stars are very much honored to be coming back for the fourth installment.
