"Descendants 2" is the sequel to the 2015 movie "Descendants" and it is set to be released in the summer of 2017. There is no doubt, but "Descendants" fans are excited to watch the upcoming Disney Channel original movie.

This time, one of the characters of "Descendants 2" Thomas Doherty is spilling some secrets about his character as Harry Hook in the Winter 2016 issue Wonderland magazine.
Harry Hook will be played by Thomas Doherty, a 21 year old actor who is also part of the British musical teen drama "The Lodge". Thomas Doherty talked about how evil his character is in "Descendants 2". He even exaggerated that he has the most evil character of them all. However, he needs to exert a different energy because his character is far different from what he really is that is why he needs to immerse himself according to a report in Justjaredjr.
"Descendants 2" presents two islands: the Isle of the Lost and Auradon. All villains supposed to live in the Isle of the Lost and the villain kids started out evil. But, they ventured to Auradon where they adjusted and transformed themselves into something opposite of what their parents want them to be.
However, it seemed like Hary Hook does not have a moral compass that is why it will be a challenge for Carlos, Evie, Jay and Mal. This part is said to be interesting as he unfolds his character as Hary Hook who always stays true despite his rotten heart. Thomas Doherty said that he is proud being a part of the Disney Channel family and said that he is grateful that he is in a position to help and influence young people by being positively active.
