It is Amy's birthday in "The Big Bang Theory" Season 10, Episode 11 and she gets a present from Sheldon at midnight. She gets a framed MRI scan of Sheldon's brain, according to Wikia. She is surprised and happy to receive the present. The bright spot in the scan is when Sheldon was thinking about her.
Amy asks if they will be having their annual sex session and Sheldon moves in wearing his come-hither pajamas. Penny and Leonard knock on the door to announce that Bernadette was going to the hospital.
Raj, Stuart, Howard and Bernadette arrive at the hospital. A nurse named Althea tells that it is not yet time for the baby and it is a false alarm. Sheldon, Leonard, Amy and Bernadette rush to the hospital and Penny gets a call informing that it was a false alarm.
Amy tells Penny that it is her birthday and Amy asks if she wants to celebrate. She points at Sheldon and Penny is clueless. Later, Leonards tells Penny that they want to have coitus. Penny and Leonard leave and now Leonard wants to have coitus too.
