Just like the first two seasons, "Younger" Season 3 has been delivering funny and satisfying episodes in the romantic comedy series week after week. But it looks like the show will be cancelled soon as one of the main cast members will be going back to theater.
According to the Wall Street Journal, "Younger" Season 3 actress Sutton Foster will be starring in an off-Broadway revival of the musical "Sweet Charity." Foster will be playing the lead role of Charity Hope Valentine in the hopes that its success will be just as big when one of its previous iterations won the Tony Award for Best Revival.
It is rumored that Foster is negotiating for the show to end with the fourth season so she can go back to her theater career in New York. This is said to be because Foster is becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the show's more risqué storyline. This is the reason why "Younger" Season 3 is a bit tamer (as told by Hillary Duff via Entertainment Weekly) when compared to the first two seasons to accommodate Foster's request. The cancellation, however, is still up in the air as negotiations are still continuing.
