Microsoft launched a latest patch for Skype that is available only for iOS platform. It is a perfect timing for donning that holiday spirit as it features personalized holiday video messages users can send to loved ones.

In the Skype logo, the user must click the snowflake button to share the holiday video message according to New Soft Pedia. However, the holiday video message feature is just a small part of the Skype update.

The most important changes in this update are that the notifications have been removed from the Notification center. It will make the Skype application better and organized. Active users can make group calls easier than before. This new features is beneficial to those users who leave the group call and have a hard time to return. 

If users wanted some improvements on Skype Application, they need to send a feedback in the Skype Community link info. The newest version of Skype Application is available to all iPad, iPodtouch devices and iPhone that is run by iOS 8.0 or later. 

For those users who use iOS 7 or earlier they can download the previous compatible version by clicking install or update. Players must be obedient in following the prompt to download. In the Apple Watch, it requires iOS 8.2 and an Apple Watch itself.

The newest update for iOS is version 6.30 according to News Leakite. This patch cleared some notifications from its Notification center. It is less hassle to users. They should not worry if ever they accidentally close a group call as they can return to it easily.

Microsoft brings holiday themed features on the month of the Holiday Season. Users will be able to experience personalized holiday messages that they can send to their family, friends and loved ones.
