Daniel's sudden death in "Days of Our Lives" has left Nicole hanging and stuck in grief, pain and love. Nicole and Daniel never had a final closure which makes it harder for her to move on. Daniel got a chance to help her through a vision through her dreams. Deimos discovered in the hospital's records that Chloe made an appointment with the doctor several months ago.
According to reports, the vision has made a great step for Nicole of "Days of Our Lives" to finally move on to the next chapter of her life. Saying goodbye to your loved one is surely heartbreaking. The two has finally made its final words with each other, and Nicole realizes that Daniel never wanted her to mourn and be lonely forever.
During their conversation, Daniel told her that even though she has to move on, it doesn't mean that she loved him less, but he can't be with her anymore. Daniel wanted her to be happy in "Days of Our Lives."

As EnStarz reported, Deimos has been focused on gathering details for Chloe. In doing so, he snuck at the Doctor's Office to look at the patient's record. He discovered that Chloe really made an appointment months ago and if counted, she is now seven months pregnant with their baby.

This would also be a great instrument for Nicole to be happy and move on if she discovered that the baby is truly hers. Deimos has yet revealed it to her as he wasn't really sure about everything as well in the upcoming scenes of "Days of Our Lives."
