'Halo 5' DLC: The Most Awaited Features To Come In February
The "Halo 5" DLC developers have recently announced the release of new downloadable content on Feb. 9, 2017. The DLC is slated to feature 9 new helmet variations for the game. Furthermore, a new Forge creation made by a fan reportedly featured Halo 5 with the "Rainbow Road" from "Mario Kart".
Classic "Mark V Delta" And 8 Other New Helmets To Be Unlocked
The-first person shooter game is said to be getting the new "Classic Helmet Req" pack reportedly developed by 343 Industries. The "Halo 5" players may reportedly unlock the nine classic helmet variations to use as customizations which reportedly includes the classic "Mark V Delta". On the other hand, no other content is expected to be released with the DLC.
In addition, note that the release date for the "Halo 5" DLC may also be changed without prior notice. It has been noted that the "Halo 5" team reportedly hopes to release the DLC in the soonest possible time. In the meantime, 343 Industries reportedly launched a new playlist for "Halo 5" called "Warlords" in Warzone that reportedly allowed players to play in groups of 12 members rather than six. However, note that the change in number may not be made permanent, Video Games Republic reported.
"Halo" Series Gets New Spin-Off And Fan-Made Map
Meanwhile, the 343 Industries team is yet to reveal the next installment in the "Halo 5". However, the team is said to release a spin-off called "Halo Wars 2" slated to come out on Feb. 21, 2017. It should be noted that an open beta for the spin-off is currently on-going on Xbox One and PC.
"Halo 5" also got several Forge creations including Quidditch and Star Wars podracing in the past months. Recently, a "Halo 5" fan reportedly combined the game with "Rainbow Road". On that note, the map is reportedly called SNES Rainbow Road by XXBARTHXX that may be downloaded from the Halo Waypoint, GameSpot reported.
