'Mafia 3' Story Expansion Details Revealed As PS4 Pro Update Released

"Mafia 3" DLC details have been released by video game developer Hangar 13. The news about the plans for the story expansion in the open world crime title has been received well by the fans who have been waiting for the DLC.

Hangar 13 Releases "Mafia 3" DLC Details And Add-Ons

"Mafia 3" developer Hangar 13 has officially released the official details regarding the release of the upcoming three story expansions, including teaser details of the plots, names and release dates of the game add-ons. According to reports, the first "Mafia 3" story expansion will be named "Faster, Baby!" that deals with dramatic chases, fast cars, and stunt driving, requiring the players to take down a corrupt sheriff in a new area.

On the other hand, "Mafia 3" second story DLC pack is reportedly called "Stones Unturned," which focuses on the protagonist Lincoln Clay and the CIA agent John Donovan that is set to release on a May 2017 launch window. Meantime, the third post-launch content is said to be named "Sign of the Times," focusing on the themes of drugs and religion in New Bordeaux's inner city, GameRant reported.

"Mafia 3" Receives A Stealth PS4 Pro Update

"Mafia 3" reportedly received a PS4 Pro update that brings some huge changes in a resolution of up to 1440p and improvements in shadows and motion blur. Although the game generally works at a solid 30fps, it can now drop down to about 26fps at those intense moments.

However, the pre-rendered "Mafia 3" cinematic has not been redone, which means the players can notice a change when they kick in. Meantime, "Mafia 3" was last updated in December, and reports suggest that the implementation of the PS4 Pro update went completely unnoticed, Video Gamer reported.
