'Final Fantasy 15':Square Enix Will Not Develop Game For Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Not Able To Run Current Game Ports?

Square Enix has made successful development for "Final Fantasy 15" which is doing very well in PS4 and Xbox One platforms. However, recent announcement from the game's developer held that it will not have any plans of developing the game for the switch.

Although Square Enix's game director, Hajime Tabata, expressed that "Final Fantasy 15" may have the ability to run in Nintendo switch, the game is yet to be tested in the console. Furthermore, there is already a confirmation from Tabata that the game will not be developed to run on the switch at this moment.

According to TechnoBuffalo, Tabata is not confident if "Final Fantasy 15" will run properly on the hardware, since there has been no official testing done by the game's publisher and developer. Without the switch availability, Nintendo users might choose not purchase the next switch models.

According to Game Rant, the reason why "Final Fantasy 15" may not be available in the switch is because Nintendo Switch may not be able to handle some current generation game ports on the market. Avid Nintendo players will have to wait until the game will become available.

In the meantime, Square Enix is making "Final Fantasy 15" playable on PS4 and Xbox One. However, the company has not closed its doors as it is working hard to develop other games for the console. Players finally see the game's complete features when the game will be launched on March 3. Stay tuned for more Gamenguide update.
